What to expect!

Book your appointment online here using Acuity scheduling software by choosing a day and time that works for you, then answering several questions to help me understand your concerns, and ensure mobile massage is right for you. Finish the booking by paying in advance through PayPal’s secure payment website.

Next, I check in with your answers on the questionnaire, if something is a concern I will contact you promptly! You will receive a confirmation email before your appointment, and you have 24 hours before the appointment to reschedule (once per booking).

Finally, the day of your appointment has arrived! I will show up at your home at the scheduled appointment time, knock on your door and greet you. While I’m setting up my massage table and equipment I will set you up with the intake paperwork so you can get that finished while I’m preparing the space.

We then go over the intake forms together, addressing any concerns in a thorough consultation.

The massage service will begin no later than 30 minutes past the time of the appointment. (You booked a 90 minute massage at 1:00pm, I will get there and set up at 1:00pm, and we will start the 90 minute massage no later than 1:30pm).

After the service, I will jot down my recommendations for you on your treatment plan form, then go over with you when I think you should rebook your next session based on your concerns and level of commitment!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: You may cancel your booking and reschedule the appointment up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. This is allowed once per booking. There are no refunds of payment, only rescheduling is allowed.

Q: What are your policies for Covid-19?

A: Cleaning the tables and equipment with effective sanitizers, washing the hands as well as using hand sanitizer frequently, masks are worn by the therapist as well as by clients while face up, and clients are refused booking if they have been outside of the country in the last 2 weeks, or around anyone that has been sick in the last 2 weeks.

Q: What is included in my service?

A: No matter what amount of time you book, you will always receive a thorough consultation, and treatment plan as well as application of any indicated add-ons such as hot towels, hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping, etc.

Q: Does my service begin at the appointment time or does the therapist arrive at the appointment time?

A: I will arrive at the appointment time and the service will begin once the equipment and table has been set up and consultation has been completed. No later than 30 minutes after the booking time will the hands-on time begin. (Example: For a 1:00pm booking time, I will arrive at 1:00pm to set up and do consultation, and no later than 1:30pm will the actual hands-on session begin).

Q: What is your late policy?

A: If you are late to your appointment at your home or unavailable by phone or knocking at the address you’ve given, time will be deducted from your service starting 30 minutes after the booking time. (Example: If you booked at 1:00pm, and you answer the door at 1:45pm, it takes a moment to do consultation and setup of the table so the hands-on service will by default be ended at 3:00 pm.)

Q: Can other people be home at the time of my booking?

A: Yes, others may be home but for the service to be completed there must be an area in the house that will be private. If there are young children in the house please ensure you have someone supervising them while you receive your service.

Q: How much space is needed for the massage table?

A: An empty and private area of about 10’x10′ is needed for the massage.

Q: Is it okay to have pets in the home for the massage service?

A: Yes, it is okay to have pets in the home, but it is important they are well behaved and out of the way for the entirety of the service or preferably in a completely different area of the home.

Q: I am a new mom and would like to receive a massage, but I need to have my baby near by, is this doable?

A: Yes, this is definitely doable! New moms are in need of some care, and this exception can surely be made to help. Please remember that if you doze off and the baby were to cry I may need to wake you up (if you don’t already) to care for the little one. Also, if you are less than 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth), and 8 weeks postpartum (cesarean), I will need a doctor’s note before providing massage therapy.

Q: I have a preexisting medical condition that may effect my ability to receive a massage, is there anyway to move forward?

A: For certain conditions, I may be able to provide massage therapy with a doctor’s note. To check if this applies to you, please email me at

Q: I was in a car accident recently and would like to receive massage therapy, is this indicated?

A: Please see a doctor before coming in for massage therapy to ensure there are no unseen issues that may contraindicate massage therapy. If it has been less than 6 weeks since your accident, I will need a doctors note to move forward!

Q: I have recently received a major surgery, can I still receive massage therapy?

A: For major surgeries, I require a doctors note to continue with massage therapy if it has been less than 6 weeks back.

Q: Can I book for a corporate wellness event or in office massage therapy?

A: At this time I am only providing individualized massage therapy for residents in their own home. If you have further inquiries you may email me at

Q: Can I book massage for a party or event at my home such as bachelorette parties, birthdays, etc.?

A: No, this massage therapy practice is focused on providing individualized bodywork for private residents in their own home. This is to maximize the results of massage therapy instead of providing a spa-like experience.
